You can choose between Standard (2-3 days) and Next Day shipping. We also ship internationally with delivery time ranging from 10-20 business days. All packages come with protective bubble wrap to avoid damages.
Watchd is responsible for defects in materials and workmanship for one year after the date of delivery. If the defect is Watchd's responsibility, the customer will be furnished with a replacement unit. User-inflicted damage is covered with a partial credit towards a replacement unit. After one year, all claims will be handled on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Watchd.
Our refund policy lasts 30 days, covering you against defective items or items damaged in transit. It is important to notify us of any issues within the first 30 days of receiving your package or if you think your package has been lost in transit. The team will ensue your issue is solved as a matter of urgency.
